Manly Sea Eagles collect personal data for the purpose of providing a service to the customer. Certain information may be required, such as name, e-mail address, personal details and IP Address in order to provide that service to the customer.

The information may also be used to inform relevant customers of additional products and services, which may be of interest to them. All marketing material sent to the customer will include an option for the customer to request removal from mailing or contact lists for any future marketing.

Details submitted in the "tell a friend" service maybe recorded as to track the performance of the "tell a friend" service as a marketing tool.

The information recorded will be used in an analytical capacity and will not be used by Manly Sea Eagles any further marketing purpose. Manly Sea Eagles will not use the information collected through the "tell a friend" service to contact either the sender or receiver of the "tell a friend" email. Nor will the details be on sold to any other party.

Blog

The name of any person contriubting comments to the blog will be made public to all visitors on the site, email addresses will not be made available on the website.  The Sea Eagles reserve the right contact any person posting through the website blog.

Disclosure of Information

The Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles Limited will not disclose personal information such as your name [1], address, email, age or IP Address to any person outside of the Manly Sea Eagles organisations or the developer Markie Web Designs, unless the customer has authorised us to do so or unless required by law to disclose such information. Furthermore, under no circumstances will Manly Sea Eagles sell or receive payments or services for disclosing customer's personal information to any partner or external company unless you have given the Manly Sea Eagles permission to do so.
